Gentles Guidance Ltd, was established by Marie Gentles OBE in 2020. Previously the Headteacher of an Outstanding Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) and Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) provision, Marie’s work was recognised nationally due to its unusually high success rates. She filmed two BBC series that document her work, wrote a book and became a behaviour advisor for the government.
As a behaviour expert and mindset coach, Marie specialises in understanding behaviour as communication, in order to meet individual needs and significantly improve overall well being and outcomes for both adults and children.
Marie delivers speeches around the country and supports businesses, schools, organisations, services and families in improving productivity within a home, education or work environment.
